Two brothers returned home, borrowed to build a guesthouse, and stayed to care for their father in the family home. What sounds like a simple story of devotion took real determination. Ming Su began with the idea of home, and welcomes you to rest in the hills of Sun Moon Lake.

Without formal architecture training, two brothers drew the plans, chose the timber and assembled the house by hand. Lauan, cedar, camphor, Taiwan incense cedar and cypress bring a natural scent and a quiet sense of ease.
